The Company was founded by Fillipus & Filippine Nandiinotya and started operating legally in 2017. The company is licensed to deal in the following business ventures: Health & Fitness, Salon & Boutique, Creche-Day care, Fish Shops, Transportation, Immovable Property, Pawn shop (2nd Hand shop), Printing & Stationary, Bakery and confectionery, Car-wash & Tyre repairs, Plant & Tools hire, Fruit & Vegetable production. The current active ventures are Pawnshop, 2ND Hand Shop, Printing & Stationary, Salon & Boutique. The company plans to activate two more ventures before 2024.

Fils Investments CC is currently being Directed by Fillipus Nandiinotya as its Executive Director. The day to day operations of the various division of the company at the Head Quarters in Walvis Bay are being spearheaded by two capable youths, Mr Gabriel Petrus heading the Printing shop, Pawn shop and 2nd Hand Shop, and Ms Basilia Filippus managing the hair and beauty Care/Salon/Barbershop as well as the Boutique shop. Ms Telefina H N Nandinotja is our inhouse fashion designer and also responsible for the legal compliance and to make sure the business meets all Walvis Bay Municipality (local authority) requirements to operate at it's Head Quarters. Two branches / divisions are currently being established and will be headed by locally appointed branch operations managers at different locations around the country, namely the Ruacana Branch, 2nd Hand Shop at Okamboola in Omusati Region and and the Opuwo Branch, 2nd Hand Shop at Orutjandja in Kunene Region.
